Ingredients:-
Panner 100 gms
1/2 kg Basmati Rice
100 gms Dahi
3 Chopped Onion
2 Chopped Roasted Onion
2 tsp Ghee
2 tsp Garlic, Green Chili and Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Veg Biryani Masala
Coriander Leaves
2 Cinnamomum Tamala
Clove 5 gms
True cardamom (Elaichi) 5 gms
2 Cinnamon (Dal Chini)
10 Black Pepper Seeds
Salt To Taste
